Hallwill dress is cut from a soft textured cotton fabric. It has a v-shaped neckline, easy ruffled tiers and short puff sleeves. The waist is elasticated and positioned below the bust for a more voluminous silhouette. Features a fully functional button placket on the front and side pockets. Dress it up or down and wear it all season long.
